Payment
Fixed-scope work is generally invoiced on booking or on agreed milestones. Ongoing support is invoiced monthly in advance. Payment terms are set out on each invoice.

Anything you share about your business is treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of the work SBT is doing with you.
